中西医结合治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:运用系统评价对中西医结合治疗甲状腺机能亢进症临床疗效的有效性进行评估。方法:检索已发表的中西医结合与单纯西药治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的随机对照试验,按照纳入标准对所有文献进行筛选及提取资料,运用Stata 10.1软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:共纳入21篇随机对照试验进行分析,共计1 394例患者。与单纯西药组相比,观察组的临床疗效显著提高[OR=3.26,95%CI(2.30,4.64),P<0.01];在改善血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3),血清游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4),促甲状腺激素(thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH),甲状腺微粒体抗体(thyroid microsomal antibody,TMA),抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibody,TGA)浓度,观察组明显优于单纯西药组,但是在改善甲状腺体积方面,两者并无差异性。结论:中西医结合治疗甲状腺机能亢进症明显优于单纯西药组,尤其在改善FT3,FT4,TSH,TMA,TGA浓度方面。Objective： To assess the efficacy of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for Treatment of hyperthyroidism using systematic review. Method： Randomized controlled trialsonthe integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine as well as western medicine alone for treatment of hyperthyroidism were searched in electronic databases; all relevant literatures were screened according to inclusion criteria and data was extracted,then analyzed with Stata10. 1 software. Result： The 21 randomized controlled trials met the inclusion criteria,including 1 394 patients. Compared with western medicine alone,the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine significantly improved clinical effect [OR = 3. 26,95% CI（ 2. 30,4. 64）,P〈0. 01],and the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine had significantly better effects than western medicine alone in improving free triiodothyronine（ FT3）,free thyroxine（ FT4）,thyroid-stimulating hormone（ TSH）,thyroid microsomal antibody（ TMA）,and thyroglobulin antibody（ TGA）,but there was no difference in thyromegaly improvement between two groups. Conclusion： The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has significantly better effects than western medicine alone in treatment of hyperthyroidism,especially in improving FT3,FT4,TSH,TMA and TGA levels.
