摘 要:从再生骨料、配合比、胶凝材料、外加剂和养护条件等因素入手,归纳总结了国内外对再生混凝土收缩的现有研究成果,指出再生骨料品质和掺量是影响混凝土收缩性能的主要因素。然后对混凝土各阶段的收缩进行机理分析并对基于水灰比和水泥矿物成分等因素提出的收缩模型进行比较分析,认为国内外的收缩预测模型与实际都有较大的偏差。最后提出再生混凝土收缩研究的主要关键问题,并建议可以通过再生骨料强化技术提高再生混凝土性能,同时建立适用性较广的收缩预测模型。Achievements of recycled concrete shrinkage when aggregate were used to make new concrete were summarized.Effects of recycled aggregate,mix proportion,cementing material,admixture,curing condition and other factors on the shrinkage behavior of recycled concrete were evaluated,and it was pointed out that the quality and content of recycled aggregate were the major factors that affect the shrinkage performance of concrete.Then, the mechanism of concrete shrinkage at each stage was analyzed.The prediction models put forward on the basis of water-cement ratio and the mineral component of cement were compared and analyzed,and a large deviation between prediction model and actual situation was discovered. Finally, several key scientific problems of recycled concrete shrinkage were proposed,and it was suggested that the properties of recycled concrete could be improved by recycled concrete aggregate technology.At the same time, the shrinkage prediction model of wide applicability should be established.
