摘 要:对不同水灰比的机制砂混凝土进行冻融循环试验,并测得冻融后的抗压强度、质量损失和动弹性模量。对冻融后的试件进行酸溶液和盐溶液环境的侵蚀试验,并测试抗压强度。对试验结果分析发现,随着水灰比的增高,机制砂混凝土的抗冻性能呈下降趋势;侵蚀后混凝土的力学性能出现明显下降,其中酸环境对混凝土的破坏程度更强;不同水灰比的混凝土,在冻融试验的不同阶段进行侵蚀试验,抗压强度和动弹模量的劣化机理存在差异。Experiment on concrete with manufactured-sand of different water cement ratio were carried out under condition of freezing-thawing cycle,and measured the compressive strength,mass loss and dynamic elastic modulus after freezing-thawing cycle.Erosion test on specimen of freeze-thaw cycle were carried out under the erosion environment of acid solution and alkali solution, and measured the compressive strength after erosion.On the analysis of test results found that frost resistance of concrete with manufactured-sand was weakened,with the increasing of water-cement ratio.Frost resistance of concrete with manufactured-sand remained to be further improved.Mechanical properties of concrete was remarkably weakened after erosion,especially the acid environment.When erosion experiment was carried out in the different stages of freeze-thaw cycle test, the variation trend of compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus were different.
