摘  要:储量丰富的石灰石粉能作为混凝土原材料广泛地应用于工程实践中。为了研究石灰石粉对水泥早期水化作用的影响,选用五种不同的石灰石粉做掺合料制成水泥胶砂试块和同条件下空白样水泥胶砂试块组成六组试样,开展了水泥胶砂试块7 d和28 d抗压强度及抗折强度试验研究。研究表明:各种石灰石粉7 d的活性指数均大于其28 d的活性指数。石灰石粉能促进水泥的早期水化,即石灰石粉7 d的活性指数均大于粉煤灰7 d的活性指数。为石灰石粉在混凝土中的进一步应用研究提供了新的依据。Rich reserves of limestone powder can be used as raw material for concrete,which is widely used in engineering practice.In order to study the influence of limestone powder on the early hydration of cement,five kinds of limestone powder are selected as additive of cement mortar briquette.In addition,another six groups of samples were made without limestone in the same conditions.The research shows that the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar briquette at 7 d and 28 d is carried out.Study shows that the activity index of limestone powder which has stayed for 7 d is more than which has stayed for 28 d.Limestone powder can promote the early hydration of cement, that is to say, the activity index of the lime stone powder which has stayed for 7 d is bigger than that of fly ash.The research provides the basis that the broader applyment of limestone powder in concrete field.
