摘 要:采用自制的铁尾矿基复合掺合料(TBCA)配制强度等级为C20~C55的混凝土,并对比研究了掺TBCA与II级粉煤灰、S95级矿渣粉复合掺合料混凝土的强度与耐久性。结果表明:掺入30%的TBCA可配制出C20~C55强度等级的混凝土,TBCA对混凝土强度的影响与与II级粉煤灰相当,但低于S95级矿渣粉;掺入20%~40%的铁尾矿基复合掺合料的混凝土的抗碳化、抗氯离子渗透和抗冻等耐久性能,略低于II级粉煤灰与S95级矿渣粉复合掺合料的的混凝土,但影响并不明显。C20~C55 high performance concrete was designed and made by using homemade iron tailings based composite admixture( TBCA).The strength and durability of concrete with TBCA was also compared with concrete with II grade fly ash and S95 slag powder as composite admixture.The results show that high performance concrete of C20~C55 strength grade can be prepared by using 30%TBCA and the influence of TBCA on concrete strength is equivalent with II grade fly ash,while lower than S95 slag powder.The carbonization resistance、chloride ion penetration resistance and frost resistance of concrete with 20%~40%TBCA is slightly lower than concrete with admixture consisted of IIgrade fly ash and S95 slag powder,however, the influence isn't significant.
