摘  要:天津高银117大厦多腔体异形钢管混凝土巨型柱C70大体积自密实混凝土单次浇筑体量大,水泥水化放热量巨大,造成混凝土绝热温升高、里表温差大,容易导致混凝土温度应力过大而发生开裂,影响巨型柱施工质量及力学性能。依托天津高银117大厦多腔体异形钢管混凝土巨型柱施工实际,通过模型试验监测分析巨型柱内部混凝土温度场分布规律,包括前3 d及28 d的温度变化、里表温差、表外温差、降温速率、绝热温升及降温系数,为实际施工中混凝土的热工计算、施工及养护措施的制定、低水化热混凝土的效果验证、混凝土温度应力及开裂指数的研究提供科学有效的数据。Because of the large amount of C70 mass self-compacting concrete of special-shaped multi-cavity concrete-filled steel-tubular mega column of Tianjin Goldin Finance 117 Building,hydration heat caused by cement is intense,which result in that adiabatic temperature rise and temperature difference between surface and inner of concrete of concrete is large.Finally, it can easily lead to concrete cracking induced by excessive temperature stress and bring adverse impact on construction quality and mechanical property of mega column.Based on the construction of special-shaped multi-cavity concrete-filled steel-tubular mega column of Tianjin Goldin Finance 117 Building,concrete temperature field inside mega column is monitored and analyzed by model experiment.The study includes temperature variation of vertical measuring points after 3 and 28 days, temperature difference between surface and inner of concrete,temperature difference between surface and external of concrete, rate of temperature fall,adiabatic temperature rise and coefficient of temperature drop.The research results can provide scientific and effective data for thermal calculation,enactment of construction and maintenance measures,effect verification of low hydration heat concrete, study of temperature stress and cracking index,also can ensure the construction quality for actual construction.
