布地奈德和孟鲁司特治疗成人轻度持续性哮喘的对比探析

摘　　要：目的该研究对布地奈德和孟鲁司特在临床治疗成人轻度持续性哮喘的效果进行对比分析。方法选取我院2012年11月-2014年11月收治的90例轻度持续性哮喘患者作为该研究对象,将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组45例,观察组患者采取吸入布地奈德进行治疗,对照组患者接受口服孟鲁司特进行治疗,详细记录患者在治疗期间所出现的不良反应,同时观察患者的治疗效果以及各临床症状的持续时间。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效例数43例,总有效率为95.56%,对照组患者中治疗总有效例数32例,治疗总有效率为71.11%,在不良反应方面,观察组中有3例患者分别出现皮疹、烦躁、恶心症状,对照组中有13例患者出现不良反应,此外,观察组患者各临床症状的持续时间较对照组短,比较两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在轻度持续性哮喘成人患者中,布地奈德可以有效缓解患者的各临床症状,减轻不良反应,在临床上具有极为重要的意义,值得临床推广和应用。【Objective】To further budesonide and montelukast clinical treatment of adults with mild persistent asthma were compared and China. 【Methods】From November 2012 to November 2014 during the 90 cases with mild persistent asthma, as a subject of this study, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, each 45 cases observed in patients taking inhaled budesonide for treatment, control group patients received oral montelukast therapy, detailed records of the adverse reactions occurring in patients during treatment, as well as the duration of treatment effect was observed in patients as well as the clinical symptoms and compared. 【Results】After treatment, patients in the observation group total effective number of 43 cases, total effective rate was 95.56%, the total effective number of 32 cases in the control group of patients with treatment, the total effective rate was 71.11%, the adverse reactions were observed in the group Three patients were rash, irritability, nausea, the control group, 13 patients had adverse reactions, in addition, the duration of each of the clinical symptoms of the observation group were shorter than the control group, the treatment of patients with significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. 【Conclusion】In adult patients with mild persistent asthma, budesonide can effectively alleviate the various clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reactions, have extremely important clinical significance, future worthy of promotion and application.
