12导动态心电图对无症状型心肌缺血患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究12导动态心电图与无症状型心肌缺血患者的相关性。方法 选取我院2013年12月-2014年10月收治的无症状型心肌缺血患者128例作为研究对象,对其实施12导动态心电图检查。结果12导动态心电图和患者的实际症状均有着较强的相关性。结论 临床中12导动态心电图对无症状心肌缺血患者实施治疗及诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between twelve lead dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with silent myocardial ischemia. Results A total of 128 patients were selected, and twelve of the patients were examined by dynamic electrocardiogram. Results Twelve of the patients had a strong correlation with the actual symptoms.Conclusions Twelve the dynamic electrocardiogram and the patients have a strong correlation, in the clinical treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in the process of treatment and diagnosis can be carded out to promote the application.
