摘　　要：目的探究护理三级查房在提高心胸外科术后患者护理质量的运用效果。方法将患者200例随机分为两组,一组按照普通护理常规和流程进行护理,另一组在常规护理流程基础上实施护理三级查房制度,对两组的护理质量进行对比分析。结果实施护理三级查房活动效果较好。结论在重症患者护理过程中实施护理三级查房制度可使患者获得更为安全、优质的护理,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing care of three rounds in improving the application effect quality nursing of patients after cardiac surgery.Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,a group in accordance with the ordinary routine nursing and process nursing, another group in ICU and general wards in conventional nursing process are implemented three-level nursing ward round system, on two groups of nursing quality were analyzed.Results Good effect of nursing three rounds of the results of the implementation of activities. Conclusion In the nursing of patients with severe implementation of three-level nursing ward round system can make patients get more safety, quality of care, it is worth in clinical application.
