摘  要:目的 应用心脏超声二瓣血尖流频谱技术(MVF)评价高血压患者早期左室舒张功能不全的价值。方法 选取2009年1月~2015年2月我院超声科收治的高血压患者69例作为研究对象,行超声MVF技术检查,以E波峰值流速/A波峰值流速、E波减速时间(DT)和等容舒张时间(IRT)指标判断左室舒张功能不全。E/A〈1.0、DT〉240 ms、IRT〉90 ms为左室顺应性降低21例(A组);E/A〉2.0、DT〈160 ms、IRT〈70 ms为左室限制性充盈模式23例(B组);1.Objective To evaluate early left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertensionby echocardiography with mitral valve blood flow spectrum technology(MVF).Methods A total of 69 consecutives were examed with MVF, to using peak velocity of E wave/A wave, E wave deceleration time (DT), Isometric relaxation time (IRT) to judge ventricular diastolic dysfunction.E/A〈 1.0,DT〉240 ms,IRT〉90 ms were referred to left ventricular compliance decreasing,there were up to 21 patients according to the characteristics as A group; E/ A〉2.0,DT〈 160 ms,IRT〈70 ms were referred to left ventricular restrictive filling pattern,there were in all 23 cases as B group; 1.0〈E/A〈2.0,160 ms〈DT〈240 ms,70 ms〈IRT〈90 ms were referred to pseudo normal phase,there were 25 patients as C group.At the same time select the healthy experience 30.Results The mean systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and discourse were higher than C group,and they in C group were higher than A group(P〈0.05).Then E/A significantly larger, DT and IRT less in C group than 30 healthy persons(P〈0.05), Conclusion MVF nowadays is an important measurement for evaluating early left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertension,and increasing accuracy rate with the disease characteristics.
