护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及围产儿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及围产儿应用护理干预的效果,以丰富临床护理经验。方法选取2014年6月-2015年4月我院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇40例,根据入院治疗顺序分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则运用护理干预。统计两组产妇的血糖情况和分娩结局,并将结果进行对比。结果在入院的第3天和第5天,观察组孕妇空腹和早餐后2 h的血糖情况均正常,显著低于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组剖宫产率以及巨大儿和胎儿宫内窘迫发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而两组新生儿的死亡率和窒息率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论妊娠期糖尿病应用护理干预可有效改善孕妇的血糖水平,对孕妇及围产儿的临床结局起到了至关重要的作用,值得临床推广。Objective To study the gestational diabetes, pregnant women and perinatal application of the effect of nursing intervention, to enrich the clinical nursing experience. Methods In June 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital receives and confi rmed 40 cases of gestational diabetes, pregnant women, according to hospital order 20 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group routine care, pregnant women using the nursing intervention group. Statistics of two groups of maternal blood glucose and birth outcome, and compare the results. Results The 3 and 5 days after admission, the observation group of pregnant women and on an empty stomach blood sugar 2 hours after breakfast situation all normal, and signifi cantly lower than control group in pregnant women, the signifi cant difference（P0.05）; Observation group cesarean section rate and incidence of macrosomia and fetal distress were lower than the control group, signifi cant difference（P0.05）, and two groups of neonatal mortality and asphyxia rate of no signifi cant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve gestational diabetes application the blood sugar level of pregnant women, for pregnant women and perinatal outcome also played a vital role, is worth popularization in clinical.
