摘　　要：以模糊数学的理论为基础,对某农业院校经贸学院学生就业选择作模糊综合评价。选取了学生就业的影响因子,分了2个一级指标和4个二级指标,10个三级指标进行分析,运用层次分析法确立各指标的权重。利用多级模糊综合评判模型,得出学生的就业选择结果。相比过去传统意义下的评价,得出的结果更加科学合理,对指导学生的就业选择具有现实导向意义。In the arts we based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,and based on student employment options for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from an agricultural university college of business. We selected factors affecting students＇ employment,points of two level indexes and four secondary indexes,and 10 third grade indexes. In the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP）,we establish the refer to the standard weight. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,it is concluded that the employment of students choose the results. Compared with the traditional evaluation,the results are more scientific and reasonable,which has practical significance for guiding students＇ employment choice.
