摘  要:随着社会经济的发展,水资源越来越紧缺,正威胁着人类的生存,已成为全球共同关注的问题。生态足迹作为区域可持续发展能力的测算方法,已广泛应用。运用水资源生态足迹概念模型,计算了江西省2004-2013年水资源生态足迹和生态承载力,计算结果表明:2004-2013年江西省水资源生态足迹、生态承载力和生态盈余呈现波动,水资源生态承载力、生态足迹和生态盈余最高和最低分别为6.530亿hm2、0.207亿hm2、6.323亿hm2和1.164亿hm2、0.174亿hm2、1.35亿hm2,但总体均呈上升态势。最后,从科学调整产业结构、提高农业灌溉效率、提高工业用水效率、加强城市公共用水管理等方面提出江西省水资源可持续发展对策。With the growth of social economy,shortage of water resource is threatening human survival and has become a problem of common concern in the world. Ecological footprint is a comprehensive application method that can determine region's sustainable development. The Ecological footprint and ecological capacity of water resources of Jiangxi during 2004- 2013 were calculated according to the ecological footprint analysis method model of water resource. The results showed that the ecological capacity,ecological footprint and ecological remainder of water resources in Jiangxi province were volatility trend during 2004- 2013,with them highest and lowest were 6. 530 0 × 108hm2、0. 207 0× 108hm2、6. 323 0 × 108hm2 and 1. 164 0 × 108hm2、0. 174 0 × 108hm2、1. 35 × 108hm2. But they were generally on the rise. The sustainable development strategy of water resources for Jiangxi province were put forward which including scientific adjustment of industrial structure,efficiency improvement of agricultural irrigation,efficiency improvement of industrial reuse water and strengthen management of urban public water.
