摘 要:餐厨垃圾中有机物含量高,利用餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵制备氢气后残留物中含有丰富的低级脂肪酸、醇类等。从接种产甲烷菌和pH调节角度,利用餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵制备氢气后的残留物研究连续沼气发酵,提高餐厨垃圾资源利用率。结果表明,在接种产甲烷菌和调节发酵体系pH>7的条件下,餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵制备氢气后的残留物能够连续沼气发酵。接种以新鲜沼渣为产甲烷菌来源的沼气发酵比以厌氧活性污泥为产甲烷菌种来源的沼气发酵产气效果好。Kitchen waste contents high organic matter,and abundant of low-level fatty acids,alcohols,etc. exist in the residues after using kitchen waste preparation for hydrogen by anaerobic fermentation. This paper studied the feasibility of continue to produce methane by anaerobic fermentation of hydrogen production residues from inoculate methane bacteria and p H,which hope to improve the utilization of kitchen waste resources. The results show that,under the conditions of p H 〉7 and inoculated methane bacteria in the anaerobic fermentation system,it can continue to produce methane use the hydrogen production residues by anaerobic fermentation,and it is better of produce biogas by inoculated with fresh biogas residues as methane bacteria in anaerobic fermentation than inoculated with anaerobic activated sludge as methane bacteria.
