摘 要:为解决桥梁梁板厚度测试问题,基于冲击回波法对典型桥梁梁板(箱梁)厚度测试进行研究,并对冲击回波法的检测精度进行分析,发现冲击回波法测量箱梁顶板测量误差最大为8.5%,测量底板测量误差最大为6%,测量中间腹板测量误差最大为2.1%。测试结果表明,冲击回波测试(CTG-1TF)测量厚板精确度高于测量薄板的测试精度。在进行腹板测试时,需注意可能由于预应力管道布置而引起的异常数据。在对精度要求不高的情况下,冲击回波测试(CTG-1TF)能基本满足工程测量精度要求。To solve the problem of testing bridge beam slab thickness,a research was carried out on detection method of thickness of typical Box Girder beam on bridge by Impact Echo. The detection precision of this method was also analyzed in this paper. The results indicate that the maximum measurement error by Impact Echo,at the roof of Box Girder beam,is 8. 5%; the maximum measurement error by Impact Echo,at the floor of Box Girder beam,is 6%; the maximum measurement error by Impact Echo,at the Box Girder webs,is 2. 1%. According to the test results by Impact Echo velocity measurement,the precision of testing on thick plate is higher than the precision of testing on thin plate through the impact echo method of CTG-1TF. The abnormal condition may be caused by the prestressing pipeline. When the requirements for accuracy is not high,impact echo testing of CTG-1TF can basicly satisfy the requirement of engineering precision.
