摘　　要：农牧区信息服务体系建设是农牧区信息化的核心和基础。针对海南州农牧区信息化建设现状及问题,面向农牧业、农牧民和农牧区的实际需求,围绕国家级生态畜牧业可持续发展实验区,构建"资源共享、互为开放、实时互动、专业服务"的农牧区信息化综合信息服务平台,建设基层服务站点,开展平台、系统和智能装备在农牧业生产和农牧民生活中的应用。逐步构建适应扁平化管理的农牧区信息化综合服务体系,全面提升支撑海南州现代农牧业发展、城乡统筹发展和社会主义新牧区建设的信息化水平和能力。The information service system of agricultural and pastoral areas is the core and foundation of the information of agricultural and pastoral areas. The present situation and problems of agricultural and pastoral areas in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,The actual demand for agriculture,farmers and pastoral areas,Around national ecological animal husbandry Sustainable Development Experimental Zone,Construction of ＂sharing resources,mutual open,real-time interaction,professional services,＂the pastoral areas of information technology integrated information service platform,building basic service station,Carry out platforms,systems and smart equipment used in agricultural production and farmers and herdsmen living in. Gradually construct the integrated service system of agricultural and pastoral areas in the flat management,comprehensively improve the level and ability of supporting the development of modern agriculture and animal husbandry in Hainan,the development of urban and rural areas,and the construction of socialist new pastoral areas.
