摘 要:目的:分析单宁酸对临床常见分离菌株的抗菌活性及其对生物膜的影响。方法:收集9种临床常见分离菌株:金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌。采用琼脂稀释法测定各种抗菌药物对上述临床菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),根据药敏试验结果,将每种临床菌株分为多重耐药(MDR)组和非多重耐药(n MDR)组,分别从各组随机抽取30株共540株菌作为实验菌株。采用琼脂稀释法检测单宁酸对上述菌株的MIC值,比较2组的差异。将单宁酸加入到生物膜培养基里以检测其对各组细菌生物膜形成的影响。结果:单宁酸对9种临床菌株均表现出较强的抗菌活性,其中对葡萄球菌属细菌的抗菌活性明显大于对其他菌的活性(P<0.05)。单宁酸对细菌生物膜形成有一定的抑制作用。结论:单宁酸对临床常见分离菌株有抗菌作用且可以影响生物膜的形成。Objective: To analyze the antimicrobial activity of tannic acid against clinical isolates and its effect on biofilms. Methods: Nine kinds of common clinical isolates, including Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Hemolytic staphylococci, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii were collected. All kinds of antimicrobial agents were evaluated with agar dilution method for the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC). According to the results of susceptibility testing, 9 kinds of clinical isolates were divided into multidrug-resistant(MDR) group or non-multidrug-resistant group(n MDR). Thirty strains from each group were randomly selected as experimental strains. Agar dilution method was used to detect tannic acid MIC of the strain. The difference of the 2 groups to reflect the tannic acid antibacterial activities of common clinical isolates was compared. The effect on the biofilm formation was detected by adding tannic acid into the biofilm culture medium. Results: Tannic acid showed strong antibacterial activity to the 9 kinds of clinical isolates, antibacterial activity to the Staphylothermus bacteria was significantly greater than those for the other bacteria(P〈0.05). Tannic acid could inhibit the bacterial biofilm formation. Conclusion: Tannic acid has antibacterial effect to common clinical isolates and can influence the formation of biofilm.
