摘  要:介绍了一种新型混合左右手(composite right/left-handed,CRLH)结构,该传输线结构具有负的磁导率和负的介电常数。与常规的CRLH结构相比,该结构以更小的插损、更大的带宽、更小的尺寸实现了左手特性。本文应用该CRLH结构设计了一个零阶谐振带通滤波器,它由三个CRLH零阶谐振单元组成,具有谐振频率与电路尺寸无关的特性,其计算仿真和实验测量结果吻合很好。实验测量结果显示:CRLH带通滤波器通带位于2.5 GHz,具有0.8 d B的插入损耗和25%(500 MHz)的3 d B带宽。这种CRLH传输线滤波器在无线电通信、导航等多频带微波系统中具有良好的实用价值。A novel composite right / left-handed( CRLH) structure,which has negative permeability and negative permittivity,is presented in this paper. Compared with normal CRLH structure,the novel structure achieves a better left-handed medium properties with fewer insertion loss,wider bandwidth and fewer circuit size. A zero-order resonator band-pass filter is designed with the CRLH structure,which contains three zero-order resonators,and has the characteristics that resonant frequency is independent of the size of circuit. The simulated results agree well with the measured results. Experimental results show that the pass band of the filter is at 2. 5 GHz with an insertion loss of less than 0. 8 d B and 25%( 500 MHz)3 d B bandwidth. It demonstrates good performance and potential applications in radio-communication,navigation and other microwave systems.
