摘　　要：平阳港区作为温州南部地区的主要港区之一,以地方物资运输和服务临港工业为主。目前,平阳港区在土地开发和产业入驻方面已取得了一定的成效,但在土地、岸线等资源利用仍然存在诸如岸线利用不合理、开发模式不可持续等制约未来发展的核心问题。为有效利用、合理开发有限的资源,摒弃港区当前资源开发中存在的不合理现象,本文结合平阳港区现状,给出了两种较为合理的港口资源开发模式作为参考。As one of the important harbors in Wenzhou south area, Pingyang harbor majors in local logistics and serving the harbor industry. By now, Pingyang harbor has made a certain achievement in the aspects of land-development and industry-settlement. But there are still some key problems that may restrict the prospective development such as unreasonable utilization of shoreline, unsustainable land-development mode and so on. In order to promote the effective utilization and rational exploitation of the limited resources, and abandon the irrational phenomena of current resources exploitation, two port development modes are provided for a reference by analyzing the state of Pingyang harbor.
