摘　　要：新型城镇化是我国城镇新的发展策略,注重人文情怀是城市建设的的内涵要求。在讨论城市综合体发展历程的基础上,着重于用社区理念来研究城市综合体的空间布局模式,以人文关怀为切入点,研究淮安市的城市综合体空间布局模式,为淮安市或相关城市综合体的发展提供相关借鉴和参考。In the rapid development of China＇s Urbanization background,focus on the humanities is the meaning of the new urbanization. Therefore,based on the discussion of city complex development history,especially based on concept of the community to study urban complex,and from the perspective of humanistic care,the mode of urban complex spatial layout of Huaian City was studied,and the reference for the development of Huaian city or urban complex was provided.
