摘　　要：[目的]测量医疗社会支持量表中文版在上海市闸北区脑卒中病人应用中的信度和效度。[方法]采用便利抽样法选取上海市闸北区脑卒中病人173例,进行医疗社会支持量表中文版的可靠性分析和因子分析,评定量表的信度和结构效度。[结果]总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.937,各维度Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.832,0.880,0.789,0.828;因子分析共提取3个公因子,累积贡献率为70.542%。[结论]医疗社会支持量表中文版应用于上海市闸北区脑卒中病人具有理想的信度和结构效度,可以用于此区域脑卒中病人医疗社会支持水平的测评。Objective：To measure the reliability and validity of Chinese version of medical social support scale ap- plied for stroke patients in Zhabei district of Shanghai. Methods：A total of 173 stroke patients in Zhabei district of Shanghai were selected by the convenient sampling method, analysed the reliability and factor of Chinese ver- sion of medical social support scale, evaluated the reliability and construct validity of the scale. Results： The Cronbach ＇s a coefficient of the total scale was 0. 937, and the Cronbach＇s a coefficient of all dimensions were re- spectively 0. 832,0. 880,0. 789,0. 828;factor analysis totally extracted 3 factors, and the cumulative contribution rate was 70. 542~. Conclusion：The Chinese version of medical social support scale had the ideal reliability and construct validity in the application of stroke patients in Zhabei district of Shanghai. It could be used in the eval- uation of the medical social support level of stroke patients in this district.
