肿瘤病人连续护理认知水平与治疗依从性相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肿瘤病人连续护理认知状况与治疗依从性,并分析二者的相关性。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、肿瘤病人连续护理认知水平量表和治疗依从性评定量表对504例肿瘤病人进行调查。[结果]肿瘤病人的连续护理认知得分为(3.17±0.95)分,处于中等水平;治疗依从性得分为(34.12±12.68)分,两者呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]肿瘤病人对连续护理的认知水平有待提升,连续护理的认知水平对治疗依从性产生正向影响,可以通过提高病人对连续护理的认知达到强化其治疗依从性的目的。Objective：To probe into the cognttlve status oi connnuous nurbmg a^lu tt^L11~ ~ er patients,and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods：A total of 504 cancer patients were investiga- ted with questionnaires including general information questionnaire, cognitive level of continuous nursing of cancer patients and treatment compliance rating scale. Results：The cognitive score of cancer patients to continu- ous nursing was（3.17±0. 95）, which was at a middle level. The score of treatment compliance was（34. 12± 12. 68）. there was a positive correlation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cognitive level of cancer patients to continuous nursing need to improved,and it has positive effect for treatment compliance, we can continuously improve cognitive sta- tus of continuous nursing to achieve the purpose of strenthening treatment compliance.
