护理人员心脏康复知信行现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解心内科护士心脏康复训练知信行现状。[方法]采用整群随机抽样法,抽取郑州市4所三级甲等医院心内科护士289人,通过自行设计的护理人员心脏康复训练知信行问卷进行调查。[结果]心内科护士心脏康复训练知信行得分分别为(54.84±13.79)分、(76.96±7.78)分、(60.95±10.14)分,知识方面及格率38.8%,良好率1.1%,护龄和职务是其影响因素。[结论]心内科护士对心脏病病人心脏康复训练态度积极,行为较规范,但心脏康复训练知识有待进一步提高,应针对性地进行心脏康复训练知识的培训,提高心内科护士心脏康复护理的整体水平。Objective：To know about the status quo of cardiac rehabilitation training KAP of nurses in depart- ment of Cardiology. Methods： A total of 289 in nurses Department of Cardiology were selected from 4 third grade hospital in Zhengzhou by using cluster random sampling method,and investigated by using self designed nursing personnel＇s rehabilitation training KAP questionnaire. Results：The scores of cardiac rehabilitation train- ing for nurses in department of cardiology were （54.84±13.79）, （76.96±7.78）, （60.95±10.14） ,and the pass rate of knowledge was 38.8% ,the good rate was 1.1%. Age and position were the influencing factors. Conclu- sion：The nurses in department of cardiology had positive attitude to cardiac rehabilitation training, and the be- havior was more standardized, but the knowledge of the cardic rehabilitation training need to be further im- proved. The training of the knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation training should be targeted to improve the overall level of cardiac rehabilitation care in department of cardiology.
