中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察黄芪益心汤联合常规西药治疗病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常的疗效。方法 选择我院2014年3月-2015年3月收治的病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常患者62例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各31例。并比较两组患者的疗效。结果 研究组总有效率为90.32%,对照组总有效率为67.74%;研究组心律失常疗效为74.19%,对照组为35.48%;研究组血清心肌肌钙蛋白T（c Tn T）浓度下降幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用黄芪益心汤联合常规西药治疗病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常,疗效显著,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treating viral myocarditis with arrhythmia. Methods 62 cases of viral myocarditis complicated with arrhythmia in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 31 cases in each group. And compare the curative effect of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.32%, the total effective rate was 67.74%in the control group, the effect of the study group was 35.48%, the control group was 74.19%, the concentration of serum cTnT in the study group was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of treating viral myocarditis with traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine western medicine is signiifcant. It can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function, enhance the resistance, and effectively improve the efifciency of treatment, improve the quality of life of patients.
