麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 选取2013年2月-2015年2月我院心内科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗。实验组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用麝香保心丸口服,2粒/次,3次/d,15天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较治疗前后患者临床症状及心电图ST段改善情况。结果 两组患者治疗后其临床症状均有所改善,治疗15天后,对照组治疗总有效率为38.0%,明显低于实验组的74.0%;治疗30天后,对照组治疗总有效率为52.0%,明显低于实验组的94%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 麝香保心丸能从根本上改善心肌血流供应和心肌缺血,疗效确切且安全,可作为冠心病心绞痛的首选药物。Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with the application of mush pill.Methods 100 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who were treated in the department of cardiology of our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected, which were randomly divided into two groups （control group and experimental group） with 50 cases in each group. The patients of control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, and the patients of experimental group were given the oral musk pills every time 2 grain, 3 times a day combined with the conventional treatment of western medicine. The two courses of treatment were conducted in two groups with 15 days for each course. The clinical symptoms and improvements of the situation of ST segment of Electrocardiograph for patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved, after treatment 15d, patients in the control group total effective rate 38.0% patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than the total efficiency of 74.0%; after treatment 30 d, the control group patients treated with total efficiency of 52.0% was significantly lower than patients in the experimental group total effective rate 94.0%, were compared between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The musk pills can fundamentally improve the situation of supply of myocardial blood and myocardial ischemia with the curative effect and security, which can be used as the first selection medicament of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
