摘  要:以K2Zr F6钝化液为成膜剂在建筑用6063合金表面制备了无Cr化学转化膜,通过钝化液浓度和钝化液温度的优化得到了膜层均匀和耐腐蚀性能良好的转化膜制备工艺,并研究了此工艺转化膜的组织与结构。结果表明,当K2Zr F6钝化液浓度为0.382 mol·L-1、钝化液p H值为4.5、钝化液温度为25℃和钝化时间为15 min时可以在6063合金表面形成耐腐蚀性能良好的均匀膜层;转化膜层中主要含有Al、Al2O3、Al F3、KZr F3O·2H2O和KZr F3(OH)2·H2O相。Chemical conversion film without Cr was prepared on the surface of 6063 alloy taking K2 Zr F6as the passivation solution.Preparation process of surface conversion film with uniform conversion film and good corrosion resistance was conducted by optimization of passivation solution concentration and passivation liquid temperature. Microstructure and structure of the conversion film under the process were studied. The results show that,when the K2 Zr F6concentration of passivation solution is 0. 382 mol·L- 1,passivation solution p H is4. 5,passivation solution temperature is 25 ℃ and passivation time is 15 min,uniform film with good corrosion resistance on surface of the6063 alloy can be formed; conversion film is mainly composed of Al,Al2O3,Al F3,KZr F3O·2H2O and KZr F3( OH)2·H2O.
