摘  要:多药耐药性(MDR)肿瘤动物模型是攻克肿瘤耐药性的基础,同时在逆转肿瘤耐药性的药物筛选研究中也起重要作用,因此,优越的MDR肿瘤动物模型在科学研究中具有很高的应用价值。目前,MDR肿瘤动物模型主要通过移植、诱导和体内外联合诱导3种方法构建。该文通过对MDR肿瘤动物模型资料进行归纳和总结,对这3种方法进行了详细的表述和评价,并对MDR肿瘤动物模型的评价方法进行了简要的叙述。Multidrug resistant (MDR) tumor animal model is fundamental to overcome tumor resistance, which also plays a crucial role in the drug screening study about effectively reversing drug resistance in a variety of tumors, therefore, the value of superior MDR animal model is even more prominent in scientific research. So far, transplantation,induction and combination of in vitro and in vivo induction, are three meth- ods to build the MDR tumor animal models. Here is to summarize the data about MDR tumor animal models, and the three methods are described and evaluated in detail, the evaluation method of MDR tumor animal models is briefly described as well.
