摘  要:对比分析了秘细粉与自产粉的成球性能,开展了提高秘细粉成球性能的试验研究。结果表明,通过高压辊磨,可增加秘细粉颗粒表面缺陷,改善其成球性,且采用闭路循环高压辊磨工艺效果较佳。实施秘细粉高压辊磨后,提高了其在球团原料中的配用比例,使球团矿品位明显提升。The Peru concentrate fines and the self-produced fines are compared and analyzed in terms of bailing performanee, and the experimental study on improving the bailing performance of Peru eoncentrate fines is carried out. The result shows that, high pressure roller press grinding can increase the surface defects of Peru concentrate fines and improve their ballability, and the process effect is good when adopting the closed-circuit circulation high pressure roller grinding. After implementation of high pressure roller grinding for Peru concentrate fines, their proportion in pellet raw materials is increased and the pellet grade is promoted remarkably.
