使用复合截面孔道防治后张预应力结构浆体泌水的试验研究

摘  要:孔道灌浆不密实而导致预应力材料的锈蚀是后张预应力体系中一直存在的问题,这将导致预应力的失效,并降低桥梁的耐久性和安全性。本本探讨了水泥浆体泌水的过程和机理,开发了一种新型橡胶棒以成型复合截面预应力孔道,用于解决浆体泌水的危害。对圆形预应力孔道与复合截面预应力孔道的灌浆密实性进行了现场对比试验。结合试验结果,分析了浆体泌水在孔道中产生、传输和分布的特性。结果表明,复合截面预应力孔道的灌浆密实率均值为0.986,远高于圆形预应力孔道的0.906,试验结果验证了复合截面预应力孔道防治浆体泌水的机理。本文的成果可为后张预应力体系耐久性的研究提供参考。The corrosion of voided tendons has been a long-standing issue in post-tensioned systems be- cause it can lead to the failure of tendons and deteriorate bridge durability and safety. This paper dis- cussed the bleeding mechanism and excogitated a combinatorial rubber rod to form a duct with composite cross-section to achieve bleed resistance. Grouting comparative test of circular duct and composite cross-sec- tion duct was carried out. The properties of the emergence, movement and position of bleed water were studied with the results. The experimental results indicate that the grouting compaction rate of composite cross-section duct was 0.986, outclasses the circular duct of 0.906. The results calibrate the anti-bleeding mechanism of composite cross-section duct. The research results presented in paper provide reference for the durability study of post-tensioned prestressing system.
