摘  要:[目的]探明不同蓝光量对莴苣生长和品质的影响,为植物工厂栽培莴苣的光谱选择提供依据.[方法]以荧光灯为对照(CK),调制红蓝LED复合光源的蓝光量分别为0(0 B)、25%(25 B)、50%(50 B)、75%(75 B)和100%(100 B),研究不同蓝光量对莴苣生长和品质的影响.[结果]0 B处理的植株生长弱,可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量低;25 B和50 B处理的生物量积累和叶片光合色素、维生素C、可溶性糖含量显著提高,且硝酸盐含量较低,消费品质良好;75 B处理生长缓慢,品质较低,但脆度最大;100 B处理的可溶性糖、蔗糖含量低,甜度小且生长受抑.[结论]25%-50%蓝光量光源有利于莴苣生物量的积累,品质较好,建议植物工厂栽培莴苣选择25%-50%蓝光量的LED光源.[Objectives]To investigat the effect of blue light amount on growth and quality of lettuce,and provide the basis for culturing lettuce in plant factory. [Methods]In this study,fluorescent lamp was adopted as the control(CK),spectral distribution of red and blue LED were modulated,and effects of blue light quantity on growth and quality of lettuce were researched. The blue light percentage were respectively 0(0 B),25%(25 B),50%(50 B),75%(75 B)and 100%(100 B). [Results]The treatment of 0 B was not healthy,and soluble protein and free amino acid content were less. Plant biomass accumulation and photosynthetic pigments,vitamin C,soluble sugar contents of 25 B and 50 B treatments were significantly increased,and nitrate content was less. Furthermore,the consumer quality also was improved. The treatment of 75 B grew slowly and the quality was less,but leaves was crispness. Soluble sugar and sugar content of 100 B treatment were less,and the sweetness of leaves was less,growth of plant was inhibited. [Conclusions]Blue light quantity of 25%-50% are benefit for lettuce biomass accumulation and can improve lettuce quality. The light source of lettuce cultivated in factory is proposed to select 25%-50% blue light quantity of red and blue LED.
