烟曲霉震颤素C对小鼠的急性和亚慢性毒性试验

摘　　要：[目的]本文旨在为制定烟曲霉震颤素C在饲料中的安全限量提供试验依据.[方法]本试验通过急性毒性和亚慢性毒性试验研究烟曲霉震颤素C对小鼠的一般毒性.采用改良寇氏法测定烟曲霉震颤素C对小鼠的经口急性毒性LD50;经口灌胃法对小鼠连续给药90 d,分别在7、30、60和90 d称量体质量,对小鼠的行为、体质量、饮食状况进行观察并检测生理和生化指标.[结果]烟曲霉震颤素C对小鼠的LD50为71.37 mg·kg^-1,95%可信限为64.13-79.38 mg·kg^-1.死亡小鼠出现大脑不成形,肝脏质脆、肿大和胃肠膨胀等毒性反应,中剂量组毒性反应稍弱于高剂量组,低剂量组无明显毒性.[结论]烟曲霉震颤素C为中等毒性物质,临床上要加强对饲料中烟曲霉震颤素C的检测.[Objectives]The aim of the paper is to provide the experimental basis for formulating the safety limits of fumitremorgin C（FTC）in feeds. [Methods]The acute and sub-chronic toxicities of FTC to mice were studied in this paper,by using continuous administration to mice by gavage for 90 days,and observing the behavior,weight,diet status in mice,and detecting the,physiological and biochemical parameters of mice at 7,30,60 and 90 d,respectively. [Results]The results revealed that the LD50 of FTC in mice was 71.37 mg·kg^-1,95% confidence interval was 64.13-79.38 mg·kg^-1,and the dead mice showed the toxic responses characterized by shapeless brain,enlarged liver and enlarged gastrointestinal. The toxic reaction of middle does group mice was slightly lower than the toxic reaction of high does group mice. And there was no obvious difference in low dose group mice. [Conclusions]FTC was moderate toxic substances,and the clinical detection of FTC in feeds must be strengthened.
