摘 要:研究梳针分梳板隔距变化对棉纱质量的影响。在梳棉机刺辊下分别加装了梳针分梳板和小漏底,梳针分梳板与刺辊隔距分别为0.3mm、0.6mm、0.9mm、1.2mm、1.5mm,对不同隔距下纺成的棉纱进行了强力和条干的检测。结果表明:梳针分梳板隔距为0.6 mm和0.9 mm有利于成纱强力的提高;梳针分梳板所有工艺成纱强力总体上均优于小漏底工艺;梳针分梳板隔距为1.2 mm有利于成纱条干的改善,梳针分梳板采用小隔距对于成纱条干的提高是不利的。认为:梳针分梳板隔距为0.9 mm^1.2 mm总体上更有利于成纱质量的改善,此次试验以1.2mm隔距为最优。The influence of comb carding plate gauge on cotton yarn quality was studied. The gauges of comb carding plate and licker-in were 0.3 mm,0.6 mm,0.9 ram, 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm respectively. The strength and evenness of yarn spun at different gauges were tested. The test results show that the gauges of 0. 6 mm and 0.9 mm for comb carding plate are beneficial to the improvement of yarn strength. The strengths of yarn spun by comb carding plate technology are generally better than that spun by taker-in grid technology. 1.2 mm comb carding plate gauge is better for the improvement of yarn evenness. Smaller gauge of comb carding plate is not beneficial for the improvement of yarn evenness. It is considered that comb carding plate gauge 0.9 mm- 1.2 mm is more beneficial for the improvement of yarn quality. In this study,1.2 mm is the best option.
