摘  要:为优化空心罗拉式集聚纺牵伸工艺,分析了该装置结构特点,采用加装集聚纺装置的DTM129型细纱机,分别在棉、粘胶纯纺、混纺等多个品种上,对普通上销、大前冲上销压力棒上销等三种上销形式以及胶辊和铁辊两种上销辊形式进行了纺纱质量对比试验。结果表明:三种上销形式对成纱综合质量的改善作用,压力棒上销较好,大前冲上销次之,普通上销较差;上销辊采用硬度较低的胶辊可有效改善中钳口的握持性能,缩小浮游区长度,减小移距偏差,从而改善条干,减少有害毛羽。认为,空心罗拉式集聚纺装置所采用的直径50cm的前罗拉具有聚集和牵伸双重功能,牵伸区结构特点与普通环锭纺有所不同,通过相关工艺部件的试验优化,可进一步改善空心罗拉式集聚纺成纱质量。In order to optimize the drafting process of hollow roller condensed spinning, structure property of the device was analyzed. DTM129 spinning frame installed condensed spinning device was adopted. Spinning quality comparison were arranged for several varieties like pure spinning of cotton and viscose, blended spinning and so on. Three top pin styles including common top pin,frontier lengthen top pin and top pin with pressure bar and two top pin roll styles like rubber-covered roll and iron roll were adopted in comparison. The test results show that top pin with pressure bar is the best in improvement of yarn overall quality among three top pin styles, frontier lengthen top pin is the next and common top pin is the worse. Selection of rubber-covered roll with lower hardness as top pin roll can effectively improve the holding performance of middle jaw, reduce the length of floating area and decrease the shift deviation. Then the evenness can be improved and harmful hairiness can be reduced. It is considered that the front roller in diameter of 50 cm adopted in hollow roller condensed spinning equipment has dual function including condensing and drafting. The structure property of drafting area is different with normal ring spinning. By the optimization of relative processing assembly units, the yarn quality of hollow roller condensed spinning can be further improved.
