摘  要:探讨浆纱回潮率对浆纱综合性能的影响。研究了JC 9.7tex和JC 5.8tex两种典型纯棉浆纱的吸湿、放湿规律,并对浆纱回潮率与浆纱断裂强力和耐磨性的关系进行讨论分析。结果表明:浆纱的吸湿平衡回潮率滞后于放湿平衡回潮率;对于JC 9.7tex和JC 5.8tex浆纱,当浆纱回潮率分别为8.3%和9.6%时,浆纱综合性能较理想。指出:研究浆纱不同回潮率下的浆纱性能对于合理控制经纱在浆纱机上的回潮率具有重要的参考价值。The influence of sized yarn moisture regain on yarn comprehensive property was discussed. The principles of moisture absorption and desorption for two classic pure cotton sized yarn including JC 9.7 tex yarn and JC 5.8 tex yarn were studied. The relationship between sized yarn moisture regain with breaking strength and abrasion resistance of sized yarn were discussed and analyzed. The test results show that the moisture absorption equilibrium moisture regain of sized yarn is later than moisture desorption equilibrium moisture regain. For JC 9.7 tex and JC 5.8 rex sized yarn,the sized yarn comprehensive properties are ideal when moisture regains of sized yarn are 8.3% and 9.6% respectively. It is pointed out that the study of sized yarn properties in different moisture regains is important reference on the reasonable control of warp moisture regain in sizing machine.
