摘　　要：总结功能性不锈钢纤维交织织带的应用及其生产要点。介绍了功能性不锈钢纤维交织织带的应用领域;以直径12μm的不锈钢纤维加工成的91tex×2股线为纬纱,以466.7dtex高强涤纶长丝为经纱,按用户要求开发人字纹织带。针对不锈钢纤维的性能特点,采取"低速、小摩擦、均张力"等工艺技术措施,最终成功生产了不锈钢纤维织带。认为:生产的织带性能较好,可满足用户要求。The application and production key points of functional stainless steel fibers interwoven tape were summarized. The application fields of functional stainless steel fibers interwoven tape were introduced. 91 tex×2 ply was produced by stainless steel fibers with diameter of 12 μm and used as weft. 466.7 dtex high strength polyester filament was used as warp. Twilled tape was developed according to user requirement. Aimed at the properties of stainless steel fiber,technology measures like lower speed, smaller friction and uniform tension and so on were adopted. Stainless steel fiber tape was finally produced successfully. It is considered that the tape property is better and it can meet the demands of user.
