简易型清梳联的二次升级改造实践

摘　　要：探讨简易型清梳联的二次升级改造方案。分析了简易型清梳联改造中存在的几个问题,提出了对其进行二次升级改造的方案。输送系统通过采用压力动态监测,保持了梳棉上棉箱棉量动态稳定;单台棉箱的给棉控制采用连续喂棉方式;自调匀整采用NMA001型梳棉机混合环自调匀整仪等改造措施,在两个改造案例中均取得了较为理想的效果。认为:采用此简易型清梳联二次升级改造方案,可有效解决简易型清梳联改造中存在的问题。Secondary upgrade and reconstruction scheme of simple blowing-carding unit was discussed. Several problems existed in reconstruction of simple blowing-carding unit were analyzed. The secondary upgrade and reconstruction scheme was put forward. Pressure dynamic monitoring was adopted in transport system between picking and carding machine, cotton amount in cotton feeding box was kept at dynamic stability. Continuous feed ing way was used for the feeding control of single cotton box. Blending ring auto-leveller of NMA001 carding machine was adopted. By taking the above three reconstruction measures, ideal effect was obtained in both of the two reconstruction cases. It is considered that problems existed in reconstruction of simple blowing-carding unit can be efficiently solved by adopting the secondary upgrade and reconstruction scheme.
