摘  要:探讨精梳棉/Richcel/麻浆蛋白改性粘胶混纺纱的生产要点。介绍了Richcel纤维、麻浆蛋白改性粘胶纤维的性能特点及物理指标。采用先将Richcel纤维和麻浆蛋白改性粘胶纤维原料混和制成预并条,再与精梳棉条进行3道混并;通过优化工艺配置、控制原料回潮率及各工序的温湿度、专件器材选用等工作,顺利纺制出精梳棉/Richcel/麻浆蛋白改性粘胶纤维60/25/15 14.7tex混纺纱,产品质量达到设计要求。认为:控制混纺比均匀、减少纤维损伤和防止出现"三绕"现象等,是开发此混纺纱的工艺要点。The production key points of combed cotton/Richcel/viscose fiber modified by jute protein were discussed. The properties and physical indexes of Richcel fiber and viscose fiber modified by jute protein were introduced. Pre-drawing was blended and produced with Riehcel fiber and viscose fiber modified by jute protein firstly. Then it was blended and drawn with combed sliver for three times. By taking measures like the optimization of technology configuration, the controlling of the moisture regain of raw material and the controlling of temperature and humidity in each process, the selection of specified equipment and so on, combed cotton/Richeel/viseose fiber modified by jute protein 60/25/15 14.7 tex blended yarn was spun successfully. The quality of product could meet the design demand. It is considered that the technology key points to develop the blended yarn is to control uniform blended ratio, reduce the fiber injury and prevent fiber winding phenomenon and so on.
