摘　　要：介绍CD-DF868TC涤棉专用浆料的上浆性能。分析了该浆料的上浆机理及其性能特点,举例说明了其在国内外部分纺织企业的涤棉高紧度品种上浆中的应用效果。指出:该浆料对涤棉品种具有良好的黏附性,在涤棉品种上用于取代PVA上浆效果好、成本低,可以满足高速喷织对高效率高品质的需求,且更加符合环保要求。认为该浆料在实现无PVA上浆中具有良好效果,值得推广。The sizing property of CISDF868TC specific size mixture for polyester cotton blended variety was introduced. The sizing principle and properties of the size mixture were analyzed. The application effects of polyes- ter cotton varieties with higher tightness in some textile enterprises at home and abroad were taken as examples and explained. It is pointed out that adhesiveness of the size mixture is better. It has better sizing performance and lower cost in the replacement of PVA for the sizing of polyester cotton blended variety. It can meet the demands of higher efficiency and higher quality from higher speed air-jet loom. Moreover, it is more accord with the re quirement of environmental protection. It is considered that the size mixture has better effect on sizing without PVA and is worthy to be promoted.
