摘　　要：探讨PTT纤维混纺织物的生产要点。介绍了经纬纱原料及织物设计规格;弹力纬纱在HKV-141型包覆机上合股,捻系数偏大掌握,牵伸3.2倍;整经速度控制在300m/min,减少伸长,保证纱线弹性;浆纱工序优化浆料配方,加强操作管理;根据产品特点,调整片梭织机工艺参数,最终保证了产品的顺利生产,织机效率达90%。认为:通过合理确定整经到织造的生产工艺,根据经纱的特点确定浆料配方、操作要点等,可以实现该类产品的顺利生产。The production key points of PTT fiber blended fabric were discussed. Raw materials of warp ＆. weft and the design specification of fabric were introduced. Weft was plied in HKV-141 covercing machine. Twist factor was controlled and the draft multiple was 3.2 times. Warping speed was controlled at 300 m/min. Elonga tion was reduced and warp elasticity was ensured. Sizing instruction was optimized in sizing process and operation management was enhanced. According to the properties of product, technology parameters of loom were adjusted and smooth production of product was guaranteed. The loom efficiency was reached 90%. It is considered that smooth production can be achieved by reasonably setting production parameters from warping to weaving and determining sizing instruction and operation key points according to the properties of warps.
