摘 要:目的研究泰国葛根的化学成分。方法泰国葛根样品用正己烷提取除杂后,药渣用乙酸乙酯提取,得到的滤液浓缩后,用甲醇提取得到精制乙酸乙酯部位;乙酸乙酯提取后的药渣用甲醇提取,浓缩后再用正丁醇萃取得正丁醇部位;利用正相硅胶、MDS-5等常规柱色谱技术分离得到单体化合物,根据其理化性质及波谱学数据鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到5个单体化合物,分别被鉴定为Mirificoumestan(1),十七烷酸(2),去氧葛雌素(3),葛根素(4),大豆苷(5)。结论化合物2是首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Puerariamirifica .Methods Puerariamirifica was extracted with n‐hexane to remove impurity ,then the filtrate and residue were extracted with methanol ,and the concentrated solutions were extrac‐ted with ethyl acetate and n‐butyl alcohol ,respectively .The compounds were isolated and obtained by column chromatography in‐cluding silica gel and MDS‐5 . Their structures were elucidated by means of physiochemical properties and spectral analysis . Results 5 compounds were isolated from Pueraria miri f ica .And their structures were elucidated as :mirificoumestan(1) ,hepta‐decanoic acid(2) ,deoxymiroestrol (3) ,puerarin (4) ,and daidzin(5) ,respectively .Conclusion Compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time .
