公益领域中的“市场运作”：社会组织建构社区社会资本的机制创新

摘　　要：社会资本是现代社区实现有效治理的重要基础。本文以成都爱有戏社区文化发展中心为例,详细展示了其"三位一体"社区参与式互助体系的创建过程、体系构成以及对社区社会资本重构的贡献,指出借用公益领域中的"市场机制"来提升公益动员与资源配置的效率,是其提升社区社会资本的核心机制。此外,公益领域中"市场机制"的运用,将有利于传统公益资源的配置从"计划公益"迈向"市场公益"时代。Social Capital is an important foundation of modern communities to achieve effectlve governance, This paper, takes Aiyouxi Community Cultural Development Center of Chengdu as an example, explicitly illustrates the es tablishing process, system composition of the ＂Trinity＂ community participatory mutual aid system and its con tribution to the reconstruction of community social capital. Also, it points out that, with ＂market mechanism＂ in the field of nonprofit sector, to enhance public participation mobilization and promote the efficiency and ef fectiveness of mutual aid resource flow is one of the keys that mutual aid system may succeed. In addition, the using of ＂market mechanisms＂ in the field of non profit is conductive to promoting ＂Planing Charity＂ into ＂ Market Charity＂.
