摘 要:羊精液的常温保存是羊人工授精过程中的重要环节,此项技术已成功运用于生产实践中。目前,对于羊精液常温保存的研究主要集中在稀释液组分和各组分配比等方面。本文结合国内外羊繁殖的实际情况,针对羊精液常温保存稀释液成分、各组分浓度以及外界因素对羊精子的影响等研究进展进行综述,旨在延长羊精液常温保存时间,提高羊精液常温保存质量,为羊精液常温保存的研究提供一定参考。Preservation of sheep semen at room temperature is a key step during the process of artificial insemination on sheep. This technology has been used in sheep production practices successfully. At present, the investigations on the preservation of sheep semen at room temperature mainly focused on the components of extender and the concentration of components in the extender. This article combined the fact of sheep reproduction in China with abroad. An overview on the progress of the extender components, the concentration of components in the extender and the effects of external factors on sheep sperm stored at room temperature was summarized. The objective of this article is to extend effective survival time, increase semen quality and provide references for the researching of sheep semen stored at room temperature.
