摘 要:目的探讨职业环境因素对女工生殖功能的影响。方法以某镍冶炼企业女性职工为研究对象,通过非线性典型相关分析(NLCCA)探究女性生殖功能与职业暴露因素以及行为之间的关联性。结果该职业人群中痛经及月经不规律的检出率为20.7%和10.7%,自然流产的检出率为7.5%。重心图显示该职业人群中噪声接触达20a及饮茶指数达到80和痛经集聚在一起,饮茶指数达到40~80和月经不规律集聚在一起,闭经与被动吸烟史〉40a集聚在一起。结论该职业人群生殖状况异常检出率较高;女性月经生理异常主要与噪声、粉尘、饮茶及被动吸烟之间存在关联性。Objective To explore the influence of female physiology reproductive process with occupational environmental factors. Methods All female workers in a mining plant were selected as survey sample to explore the correlation among various related indicators using non-linear canonical correlation analysis(NLCCA). Results The detection rate of dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation in the female occupational population was 20.7% and 10.7%, and spontaneous abortion was 7.5%. The Focus Group Figure showed that the female occupational groups with dysmenorrhea and noise exposure for 20 years was related to drinking index 80; and irregular menstruation was related to tea index 40--80. Conclusions The detection rate of abnormal reproductive status was higher than normal's. Basic menstrual abnormalities were mainly correlated with noise, dust, and tea in female occupational groups in the mining plant.
