Experimental study on cyclic behavior of tubular steel braces

摘  要:为了研究钢管截面形状、宽厚比和内填混凝土对钢管支撑屈曲模式、滞回性能和断裂延性的影响,对4个空心和4个内填混凝土无缝钢管支撑试件进行了低周往复静力试验。试验结果表明,由于冷挤压工艺改变了方钢管角部的材料性能,其断裂延性不如圆钢管,建议优先选用圆钢管支撑。截面宽厚比(径厚比)越小,支撑的局部稳定性越好,根据试验结果给出了无缝钢管支撑的宽厚比(径厚比)限值,并与已有的试验结果进行了对比验证。填充混凝土后,支撑的初始受压刚度与整体屈曲荷载提高,但整体屈曲后的受压承载力和刚度几乎没有变化;内填混凝土会加剧支撑跨中的应变集中现象并降低支撑的断裂延性;由于方钢管对内填混凝土的约束作用比圆钢管弱,其断裂延性下降更为显著。当钢管的宽厚比较小时,建议采用空心钢管支撑。By quasi-static reversed cyclic test on four hollow tubular steel braces and four concrete-filled tubular steel braces,it was examined the effect of cross-section shape,width-thickness ratio( w0/ t ratio),and concrete-filled on the seismic behavior and fracture ductility of tubular steel braces. The test results show that fracture ductility of a square tube brace is relatively small since its corner material property has been changed by cold extruding,and circular tube braces were recommended. Brace members with smaller w0/ t ratio have higher local stability,and limits on maximum w0/ t ratios of tubular steel braces have been suggested. Some test data has been collected to compare with the proposed formula. Concrete-filled is found to increase the initial stiffness and compressive capacity of the brace before overall buckling taking place. It is also found to enlarge deformation concentration at the middle span and lead to earlier fracture especially for square tube braces which has weaker confinement to inner concrete. Hollow ones are recommended for tubular steel braces with low w0/ t ratio.
