美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的效果比较

摘　　要：目的：比较美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法选取我院2013年8月~2014年8月收治的高血压患者110例，以随机数字表法将其分为两组，对照组予以美托洛尔治疗，观察组予以卡维地洛治疗，比较两组治疗效果及血压、血脂指标、不良反应。结果对照组治疗总有效率为70.91%，观察组治疗总有效率为92.73%，观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组治疗后舒张压、收缩压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有改善，且观察组改善效果更为明显（P〈0.05）；对照组出现2例不良反应，观察组出现3例不良反应，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论与美托洛尔比较，卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者的治疗效果更佳，降压降脂效果更为显著，且用药安全可靠，值得推广。Objective To compare the effects of metoprolol and carvedilol in treating primary hypertension. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014,110 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.In the control group,metoprolol was provided,while in the observation group, carvedilol was used.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure,lipid levels,and adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results In the control group,the total therapeutic effective rate was 70.91%,while the rate in the observation group was 92.73%,the rate in the observation group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.In comparison with before treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein （LDL） and high density lipoprotein （HDL）after therapy was improved respectively,and the improvement in observation group was more obvious.Two cases occurred with adverse reactions in control group,while in observation group,there were 3 cases with adverse reactions,with no statistical differenc （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In comparison with metoprolol, carvedilol obtains a better therapeutic effect on treating primary hypertension as well as more remarkable effects on blood pressure and lipid lowering.It is safe and reliable in medication,and is worthy of promotion.
