肿痛安胶囊治疗踝创伤性关节炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨肿痛安胶囊治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年6月~2014年12月收治的78例踝关节创伤性关节炎患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分成治疗组（40例65踝）和对照组（38例60踝）。治疗组给予肿痛安胶囊口服和中药外洗，对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服和中药外洗，比较两组的疗效。结果两组治疗后第1、2个疗程的VAS评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P跃0.05）。治疗组治疗后的踝关节评分、AROM显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组第1、2个疗程后的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肿痛安胶囊口服治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhongtongan capsule in the treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis. Methods 78 cases with ankle joint traumatic arthritis from June 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group （n=40,65 ankles） and the control group （n=38,60 ankles） according to dif-ferent therapy methods.The treatment group was given oral administration Zhongtongan capsule and traditional Chinese medicine washout,the control group was given oral administration diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and tra-ditional Chinese medicine washout.The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The VAS score of the first and second courses after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the VAS score between two groups （P＆gt;0.05）.The score of ankle joint and AROM after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment and in the control group,with sig-nificant difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the first and second courses in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration Zhongtongan capsule has an significant effect in the treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis.
