CD34和普鲁士蓝双染色法在肝穿刺标本中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨CD34和普鲁士蓝在同一张肝穿刺切片上双染色的效果。方法在同一张肝穿刺切片上先做CD34免疫组化染色，再做普鲁士蓝特殊染色。结果CD34肝脏血管内皮细胞显棕黄色为阳性，普鲁士蓝染色细胞核和背景呈蓝色，肝细胞中含铁血黄素显蓝色。结论CD34和普鲁士蓝在同一张肝穿刺切片上双染色，一张切片可提供多项信息，CD34和普鲁士蓝双染色简便、经济、实用，值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of CD34 and Prussian blue staining on the same tissue slide derived from a liver biopsy specimen. Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed using CD34 antibody followed by Prussian blue staining on the same tissue slide from a liver biopsy specimen. Results Hepatic vascular endothelial cells with brown - yellow color were considered as CD34 positive. Hemosiderin within hepatic cells was stained blue after Prussian blue staining. Conclusion CD34 and Prussian blue staining can be applied on the same tissue slide derived from a liver biopsy specimen, providing much information. The novel method is simple and convenient with low lost and worth promoting.
