品管圈活动在提高护士急诊PCI术中应急能力的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高护士急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术中应急能力的效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组，针对急诊PCI术中护士应急能力存在的问题运用PDCA（计划Plan、实施Do、确认Check、处理Action）循环法，选定活动主题，进行现状把握、设定目标、分析原因及制定对策。结果通过品管圈活动，护士在急诊PCI术中的应急能力，对术中并发症的预见能力，应急流程程序化等方面均明显提高。结论品管圈活动对提高护士急诊PCI术中的应急能力效果显著，切实解决了急诊PCI术中存在的一些问题，提高了抢救成功率，提高了工作质量，效果良好，值得推广。Objective To assess the application of quality control circle （QCC） to enhance the capacity of nurses in emergency PCI management. Methods A QCC team was established. With respect to the problems that nurses may confront in emergency PCI, a series of measures including planning, doing, checking and action were taken, while activity theme was selected. Based on the predetermined aim, we analyzed possible reasons and discussed corresponding strategies. Result Through the activities, the nurses obtained remarkably enhanced capacities to take measures for emergency PCI, predict intraoperative complication, and formulate related procedures. Conclusion QCC is useful to improve nurses＇ capacity in emergency PCI management, which can be applied in a larger scale.
