摘　　要：针对建筑逆向物流运作模式选择问题,提出了自营模式、联营模式和外包模式三种建筑逆向物流的运作模式,在分析建筑企业逆向物流影响因素的基础上,构建了逆向物流运作模式选择评价的准则体系,运用三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法建立了逆向物流运作模式选择的多准则评价模型,通过实例验证了该模型的适用性和有效性。In this paper, in view of the problems in the selection of the reverse construction logistics operation mode, we proposed the self-operated mode, the jointly-operated mode and the outsourcing mode, then on the basis of an analysis of the factors influencing the reverse logistics operations of the construction enterprises, built the evaluation principle system for the selection among the three modes, then using the triangular fuzzy number based TOPSIS, built the muhi-principle evaluation model, and at the end, through an empirical ease, demonstrated the applicability and validity of the model.
