摘　　要：在电子商务物流共同配送快速发展的背景下,依据满意度函数法,采用配送企业单独完成配送的成本、配送企业参与共同配送联盟后所分摊的成本、配送企业对联盟运作的贡献率、联盟对成本分摊方案的综合满意度等变量,建立基于满意度的成本分摊模型,然后引入算例,应用Lingo11.0软件对其进行求解。结果表明,最终的分摊结果更加合理、公平,更易为联盟成员企业所接受。In this paper, against the background of the rapid development of the joint distribution practice among e-businesses and according to the satisfaction function, we built the satisfaction-based cost amortization model for the e-business joint distribution alliances, then in connection with a numerical example, used the Lingol 1.0 to solve the model and obtained the amortization plans more effective, fair and readily acceptable to the alliance members.
